13:00 - 14:30Navigating Governance in the Age of AI: Hosted by KPMG

As artificial intelligence reshapes how companies create value and manage risk, investors are placing greater focus on how well it is governed and what this means for long-term performance.

In this interactive workshop, KPMG and ICGN will bring together investors, board members, and audit committee chairs to explore how AI is changing governance, oversight, and assurance. The discussion will focus on what good looks like in practice, where current frameworks may fall short, and the signals investors should look for in disclosures, controls, and accountability.

Through a facilitated dialogue, presenters and participants will share perspectives on assessing AI-related risks and opportunities, identifying governance practices that build confidence, and shaping the guardrails needed for responsible adoption.
