Michael Herskovich
Michael is the Global Head of Stewardship within the Sustainability Centre. He is working within BNPP AM since 2008.
He is in charge of the elaboration and implementation of the stewardship policy, which includes voting and engagement. He also plays a critical role in the design, development and implementation of BNPP AM’s Global Sustainability Strategy and is a key driver for the firm’s ESG research and integration, as well as SRI analysis. He is also member of the Board of Governors of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).
His wider industry activity includes being a Chair of the “Corporate Governance” committee at the French Association of Asset Managers (AFG) and Chair of the International Corporate Governance Committee at the Council of Institutional Investors (Cii). He is also member of the “Oversight committee” of the Best Practice Principles (BPP) and member of the “Shareholder rights” committee and the “Global Network of Investor Associations ‘GNIA’ committee” at the ICGN.
He holds others membership such as the Responsible Investment committee « at the French Association of Asset Managers (AFG), and the “Grand prix jury of the general meetings” in France.
Michael previously worked as a jurist between 2006 and 2008 and was in charge of proxy voting for the Fonds de Reserve des Retraites (French back-up pension fund) in Paris.
He graduated from the University of Paris XI (France) and has a master degree of Corporate and business law (2008)
Susanne Stormer
Susanne is a Leader in Residence at Copenhagen Business School and a recognized authority in corporate sustainability and accountability, with extensive experience driving transformative change in business practices from within.
As partner and Sustainability Services leader at PwC Denmark (2021-2025), she led the firm’s business development of advisory and assurance services. In this role she advised and assisted boards and management teams on making their organisations more sustainable businesses.
At Novo Nordisk (2000-2020) she joined to ingrain the principle-based approach to business known as the Triple Bottom Line concept as the lens for better-informed decision-making. Since then, as Vice President, Corporate Sustainability, she led sustainability-driven initiatives, issues management and stakeholder engagement, with particular focus on investors seeking to understand the company’s ESG risks and opportunities and the community of sustainability professionals. As an early mover, she was the driver behind the integration of the company’s financial and sustainability reporting which began in 2004.
Beyond her role as Vice-Chair at ICGN, Susanne shares her experience and insights in additional roles including as an external lecturer at Roskilde University, visiting professor at UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business, member of the Board of Trustees at Shift, member of the Board of Directors at Access to Nutrition Foundation and member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Business at OECD.
In 2020 – 2022 she was member of the EFRAG Project Task Force to develop the foundation for European Standards for Corporate Sustainability Reporting and also member of the SASB Standards Board.
Debby Blakey
Debby Blakey joined HESTA as the Executive for Member Advice in 2008 and held the role of Deputy CEO before becoming CEO in 2015.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in the super and financial services sector, including 12 years as founder and principal of an employee benefits consultancy.
Under Debby’s leadership, the $82 billion health and community services sector super fund has become a vocal proponent of responsible investment. She has overseen HESTA’s commitment to a Climate Change Transition Plan which is on target to achieve ‘net zero’ by 2050 and is committed to active stewardship of HESTA’s investments on behalf of its one million plus members.
With approximately 80% of HESTA members women, Debby is a strong advocate for a fairer financial system that prioritises womens’ and low-income workers’ financial security, both during their working lives and in retirement.
Debby is the President of the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors, a Director of the International Corporate Governance Network and founding Chair of the 40:40 Vision initiative – promoting gender equity at executive and Board level in ASX300 companies.
Debby holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Fabio Coelho
Fabio Coelho is the CEO of Amec, the Brazilian Capital Markets Investors’ Association, representing over 60 institutional investors in Brazil and abroad. He has extensive experience in financial regulation and supervision, with a career spanning the capital markets, banking sector, and pension fund systems. Before leading Amec, he served as Chairman of the Brazilian Pension Regulator, where he also held positions as Chief Economist and Commissioner for Actuarial, Accounting, and Economic Affairs.
He has held leadership roles in key regulatory and governance forums, including Chair of the Brazilian Committee for Regulation and Supervision of Capital Markets, Chair of the National Commission of Actuaries, and member of the Investors Group of IFIAR (International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators). Fabio also served as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to the Deputy Governor at the Central Bank of Brazil.
A civil engineer by training, he holds a Master’s in Finance from Coppead, a PhD in Economics from the Catholic University of Brasília, and is a frequent lecturer on corporate governance, sustainability, and investment strategy for institutional investors.
Ashraf Gamal El Din
Ashraf Gamal El Din is a Fellow and Certified Governance Expert from the Chartered Governance Institute, UK (ICSA). He was a jury member of the Arabia CSR Award. Prior to joining Hawkamah, Dr. Ashraf was the Executive Chairman of Egypt Post. Before that, he was the Deputy Executive Director of the Egyptian Banking Institute, the training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt. He was also the founder and Project Manager of the Egyptian Corporate Responsibility Center working on promoting the concepts and application of CSR in Egypt. Furthermore, he was the Executive Director of the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD), the Institute of Corporate Governance in Egypt and the Arab Region Dr. Ashraf served as a board member and head of the Audit Committee in a number of listed, non-listed, State Owned and family owned companies, such as Egyptian Resorts Company, Sahl Hashish, Egypt Reinsurance, Misr Life Insurance, Suez Canal for Technology, Thebes International, and Misr Qena Cement. He also served a member of the General Assembly of the Holding Company for Transportation. Dr. Ashraf served as an advisor to the Minister of Investment 2004-2010 in the areas of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, privatization and restructuring.
Furthermore, Dr. Ashraf is a Professor of Management, Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. He holds a PhD degree from Manchester University, UK, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Carleton University, Canada. He further holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cairo University with highest honors.
Deborah Gilshan
Deborah joined AustralianSuper in July 2023 to lead the Fund’s work on ESG integration and investment stewardship in public and private markets across Europe. She has 25 years of global experience in engaging with board directors, senior executives, regulators and investors. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Deborah ran her own strategic advisory business, helping clients across the investment chain on ESG integration, investment stewardship and diversity. She chaired the Vote Reporting Group for the UK Financial Conduct Authority and served on the Advisory Panel for the UK Financial Reporting Council. Previously, Deborah was an ESG Investment Director at Aberdeen Standard Investments and Head of Sustainable Ownership at Railpen, having started her career in responsible investment at the UK’s Co-operative Insurance Society. She initially worked in corporate tax at EY and read Mathematics & English at the University of Manchester.
Deborah is the Founder of The 100% Club, a networking alliance dedicated to gender equality established in 2011. In November 2022, she released research to demonstrate the power of a gender based network, which was endorsed by the UK’s FTSE Women Leaders Review. Deborah is a 30% Club Ambassador, a Fellow of the UK Chartered Governance Institute and previously chaired the ICGN Nomination Committee. She is the lead author of two reports: The Ethics of Diversity (2020) and Say on Pay: Six Years On – Lessons from the UK Experience (2009). In December 2023, Deborah received a Fellowship from CFA UK for her outstanding contribution to the investment profession. She has been recognised for her work on diversity and was named as one of the UK’s top 50 trailblazers in gender equity by We Are The City in March 2023.
Seiji Kawazoe
Seiji is a senior stewardship Officer at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management with strong global experience based in Tokyo, NYC, London, Luxemburg as a global equities portfolio manager. He has built ESG capabilities at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, and now at its subsidiary AUM of over USD750 billion after the reorganization in October 2018. Currently, Seiji is responsible for stewardship oversight of global institutional investment assets such as public funds, private Pension funds. Also he is actively involved in various global engagement projects, being a steering committee member at CA100+, Committee member of PRI IPDD (The Investor Policy Dialogue on Deforestation) a member of investor group 30% club Japan.
Robert Lewenson
Robert joined the Old Mutual Investment Group Responsible Investment team in October 2014. He is responsible for proxy voting and engagement, representing Old Mutual Investment Group on various industry bodies and championing responsible investment for the Old Mutual group.
Robert’s legal and corporate governance background enables him to bring his knowledge of law and negotiation skills to the fore in promoting clients’ interests.
Prior to joining the Responsible Investment team, he was a legal advisor at Old Mutual Investment Group for seven years.
Robert has 17 years of work experience in the legal profession and asset management industry.
Cassandra Lichnock
Cassandra Lichnock is the first female chief executive officer of the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.
As CEO, Lichnock builds and executes strategy, delivers on operational excellence, and maintains a strong relationship with the Teachers’ Retirement Board. She leads organizational efforts to modernize CalSTRS systems and processes, build on the pension fund’s commitments to sustainability, and focus on evolving CalSTRS’ culture.
Lichnock joined CalSTRS in 2008 as the human resources executive officer and served as chief operating officer from March 2013 until her 2021 appointment as CEO, Lichnock has also held a variety of key positions throughout her career with the State of California.
A native of California, Lichnock holds a bachelor of arts in management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco; an executive certificate in technology operations and value chain management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and certificates in human resource management from Golden Gate University and labor management relations from the University of California, Davis.
Luz Rodriguez
Luz Rodriguez has over twelve years of experience in corporate governance and investment stewardship, where she has been a strong advocate for shareholder rights and regulatory reforms that foster trust in global capital markets.
At Colorado PERA, Luz Rodriguez leads the corporate governance and proxy voting activities. She also contributes to the development and implementation of the investment stewardship program for the $61 billion Association. The Investment Stewardship Division ensures compliance with PERA’s proxy voting guidelines; monitors company engagement activity; and provides reports to the Investment Committee of the PERA Board of Trustees.
Luz also serves as a member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Board, where her responsibilities include oversight and strategic planning for the organization. In addition, she serves on the ICGN Audit and Risk Committee, Financial Capital Committee, and Policy Oversight Committee.
Prior to joining the Investment Stewardship Division, Luz was the Director of the Legal Services and Corporate Governance Division at PERA. She was responsible for overseeing PERA’s administrative review process, implementing securities litigation policy, coordinating internal and external counsel, managing proxy voting, engaging with companies and partnerships in which Colorado PERA invests, and reporting to the Shareholder Responsibility Committee of the PERA Board of Trustees.
After graduating with a degree in accounting from the University of Colorado in 2003, Luz worked in investment accounting and was responsible for the pension payroll for Colorado PERA, which is the 23rd largest pension plan in the United States, serving nearly 700,000 current and retired Colorado public servants.
Priti Shokeen
As Head of the ESG Research and Engagement Team, Priti works to promote sustainable investments within the firm and throughout the industry. Her Team aligns the firm’s ESG approach to inform internal and external stakeholders on ESG issues across mandates, including producing ESG research, leading the firm’s active ownership efforts, and advancing ESG integration. She has extensive experience in ESG research, having worked at a major global finance company as part of the ESG research, ratings and investment solutions team. She began her career in sustainability at a United Nations agency in Geneva, Switzerland, and gained work experience within the Indian chambers of commerce. Priti holds a B. Comm. with Honours from the University of Delhi, an M.A. in sociology from the University of Warwick and a Ph.D in Accounting and Finance with a focus on ESG Integration from Kingston Business School. She is also a member of Responsible Investment Association’s (RIA) Leadership Council and Climate Engagement Canada’s (CEC) Industry Leadership Advisory Panel.
Jenn-Hui Tan
Jenn is responsible for the firm’s approach to sustainability across corporate operations and client service areas, including investment management, advisory and personal investment platform services and retirement solutions. He is deputy chair of the firm’s Sustainable Investing Operating Committee and a member of its Enterprise Senior Leadership Team.
Externally, he is a Board Governor of the International Corporate Governance Network, a member of the Advisory Board of the Finance for Biodiversity Foundation and a member of the Advisory Council to the IFRS Foundation.
Jenn joined Fidelity International in 2007 from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a corporate finance lawyer advising on capital market and M&A transactions. He holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Durham.

Tara-Jane is a Senior Portfolio Manager Responsible Investment Equities for APG Asset Management and based in Amsterdam. Tara now leads on the integration of responsible investment and stewardship across Equities and is a governance and sustainability issues expert. She is a member of the Equities Portfolio Construction Group which has oversight over all investment decisions and stewardship efforts. Tara joined APG at the start of 2023 and has 15 years of relevant ESG related investment experience. Tara was appointed as Chair of Eumedion’s Investment Committee in March 2024 and joined the Nominations Committee of the International Corporate Governance Network in September 2024. At the start of 2026, Tara joined the Best Practice Principles for Shareholder Voting Research Oversight Committee (BPPOC)
Prior to joining APG, Tara spent 10 years at Baillie Gifford (an asset manager based in Scotland whose predominant focus is concentrated long-term equity positions). At Baillie Gifford, Tara was a member of the senior leadership team focused on responsible investment integration across equities. She also led on the stewardship strategy for the firm and was a member of the Portfolio Construction Group for two investment funds. Prior to Baillie Gifford, Tara began her career at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an ESG and Sustainability analyst.
Having worked across the value chain (from issuer to asset manager and now closely with the asset owner), the rapid development of responsible investment that Tara has witnessed over her career has been of particular interest to her, as is the future direction and what we at APG can do to shape that in our broader industry.
Tara completed a Postgraduate in Sustainable Business at the Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leaders in 2019. She also holds a Law Degree (LLB Scots Law Hons, First Class), a Law Masters (LLM with Distinction) and Law Postgraduate (Diploma in Legal Practice with Law Prize). Her Law Masters partly focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and the Law which ignited her interest in sustainable finance.
George Iguchi
George Iguchi is Chief Corporate Governance Officer and Executive Director of Nissay Asset Management, one of biggest asset manager in Japan. He has been responsible for stewardship activities across asset classes.
He is a member of IFRS advisory council (IFRS AC) from 2019 and had been a Board Governor of International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) from 2015 to 2021, currently a member of ICGN Board Nomination committee.

Anne-Marie Jourdan
Anne-Marie spent a large part of her career in asset management companies, first at BNP Paribas Asset Management, then as Head of Legal Department at AGF Asset Management (now Allianz Global Investors). She was recruited in 2005 at the Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites (FRR), the French Reserve Fund. As Chief Legal Officer, member of the Executive Committee, she was in charge of legal aspects of selecting external managers, corporate governance, proxy voting, class actions, and institutional communications. From January 2022 to August 2025, she was working as expert in the Legal and Tax Department of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, the biggest French public institution. She is specialised in real assets funds (international private equity funds, ecological transition infrastructure funds, impact funds,…). Since September 2025, she’s Investment Director in Private Assets Funds in the Banque des Territoires a department of Caisse des dépôts et Consignations.
Anne-Marie was Governor of the ICGN’s Board between 2014 and 2020.

Jon Lukomnik
Forbes calls long-time institutional investor Jon Lukomnik one of the pioneers of modern corporate governance. Jon is the managing partner of Sinclair Capital LLC, a strategic consultancy to institutional investors, adjunct Professor and Brandmeyer Fellow at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he teaches sustainable investments to graduate students. He is also a Senior Fellow at the High Meadows Institute and was the Pembroke Visiting Professor at the Judge Business School at Cambridge for the winter 2020 semester.
Jon is the co-author with Dr. James Hawley of “Moving Beyond Modern Portfolio Theory: Investing That Matters” (Routledge 2021). It has received widespread praise as the first unified theory of investing that examines why investors should care about — and try to influence — systemic risks that cause non-diversifiable risk in the capital markets. His most recent book, “Adapt or Fail: A 5×5 Governance Framework for Boards of Directors” (DeGruyter, 2025) was co-written with Rick Funston.
Jon has been the investment advisor or a trustee for more than $100 billion (including New York City’s pension funds) and has consulted to institutional investors with aggregate assets of more than $2 trillion dollars. He served for more than a decade as the executive director of the IRRC Institute. He currently serves asa trustee on the Van Eck mutual funds, insurance trusts and European UCITs. He was previously a member of the Deloitte Audit Quality Advisory Committee, and the Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Jon co-founded the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) and GovernanceMetrics International (now part of MSCI)
His previous books include What They Do With Your Money, and “The New Capitalists”, which was a Financial Times pick of the year. Both were co-written with Stephen Davis and David Pitt-Watson. In total, Jon has written more than 200 academic and practitioner articles. He has been honored by Council of Institutional Investors, Ethisphere, the National Association of Corporate Directors (US), Transparency Task Force, and Global Proxy Watch, among others. He most proud of being awarded the ICGN’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Paul Schneider
Currently an Advisory Board Member for ThinkSuite Inc, Paul’s previously led Ontario Teachers’ global corporate governance initiative as Director, Corporate Governance; he was responsible for the development and application of the Fund’s proxy voting approach, the execution of the corporate engagement program and the interaction with regulatory bodies across markets to promote regulation that considers the interests of shareholders. Paul has worked with peers on a number of projects including improvements to the proxy voting system in Canada and creating thought leadership with respect to the use of discretionary compensation at Canadian and US public companies.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers’ in 2010, Paul was Director of Research at the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, joining the organization in 2003 as its first full-time employee. Paul helped establish CCGG as an important and influential voice in Canadian corporate governance. Paul helped develop CCGG’s policies and guidelines on a wide range of governance-related issues including corporate governance practices, executive compensation and disclosure. He researched and published “Best Practices” documents which highlighted excellence in corporate governance and executive compensation disclosure practices among Canadian issuers. These publications elevated the quality of disclosure of Canadian issuers and led to the creation of CCGG’s Governance Gavel awards which continues to annually recognize excellence in disclosure practices of Canadian issuers.
Paul is a member of the Investor Group of the 30% Club, the Harvard Institutional Investor Forum Advisory Board, the CCGG Public Policy Committee, the Asian Corporate Governance Association Investor Advisory Group and Korean Working Group and the Toronto Stock Exchange Listing Advisory Committee. He has been a judge for the Governance Professionals of Canada Excellence in Governance Awards since 2013. He is a frequent speaker on corporate governance issues at events around the globe.

Jen Sisson
Jen is the CEO of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).
Led by investors with AUM of over $US 100 trillion, ICGN aims to strengthen markets and create long term value through effective corporate governance policy and practice. Jen represents ICGN on the Japanese Financial Services Agency’s Council of Experts and on the IFIAR stakeholder working group and the PCAOB IAG.
Jen joined ICGN from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was EMEA Head of Stewardship, driving engagement, proxy voting and industry collaboration efforts. In that role, Jen was a member of the Investment Association Company Reporting and Auditing Group and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Investor Advisory Committee. In 2022 Jen was also a member of the US Council of Institutional Investors Corporate Governance Advisory Council.
Previously, Jen was Deputy Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Corporate Affairs at the UK Financial Reporting Council, responsible for coordinating outreach with the global investment community, listed company leadership teams and board members across all areas of the regulator’s scope. Jen led policy outreach on ESG, audit and reporting matters including the creation of the 2020 UK Stewardship Code and the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.

Anne-Marie spent a large part of her career in asset management companies, first at BNP Paribas Asset Management, then as Head of Legal Department at AGF Asset Management (now Allianz Global Investors). She was Chief Legal Officer, member of the Executive Committee at the Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites (FRR), the French Reserve Fund. Since January 2022, she is working as expert in the Legal and Tax Department of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, the biggest French public institution. She is specialised in real assets. Anne-Marie previously served on the ICGN Board of Governors.
Lamia El Bouanani
Lamia is the executive director of the Moroccan Institute of Directors (IMA) since 2012. She worked with national and international partners on establishing in 2013 a pioneering certificate training program for board directors in Morocco, which comprises today over 400 certified directors. She also work with listed companies, pension funds, SOEs and financial institutions to develop board evaluation tools and trainings tailored to the new requirements of local regulators. She was instrumental in expanding the governance-training program to West Africa region through a partnership with INAD-CI (the local Institute of Directors of Côte d’Ivoire) resulting in providing certified training program to the 283 board members of State-owned enterprises in Côte d’Ivoire in 2019-2020.
Lamia authored and co-authored several articles (Huffpost, national financial media outlets) and reports on corporate governance issues including a chapter in the publication “Corporate Governance in Emerging Markets” (Springer, 2014). Prior to her appointment at IMA, Lamia served as the special advisor of the CEO of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion from 2009 until 2015. She started her career in 2004 managing development-related projects in various international organizations in France and Morocco: Parliamentary Network on the World Bank, American Bar Association and the UNDP-Global Environment Facility. Lamia was awarded the ICGN scholarship in 2013. She earned a master’s degree in international affairs in 2001 and a post-graduate degree in applied economics from Sciences Po Paris (IEP Paris).
Rob Lewenson
Robert joined the Old Mutual Investment Group Responsible Investment team in October 2014, as a Governance and Engagement Manager. He is responsible for proxy voting and engagement, representing Old Mutual Investment Group on various industry bodies and championing responsible investment for the OM group. Robert’s legal and corporate governance background enables him to bring his knowledge of law and negotiation skills to the fore in promoting clients’ interests. Prior to joining the Responsible Investment team, he was a legal advisor at Old Mutual Investment Group for seven years. Chris Pinney is the founding president of High Meadows Institute, a Boston-based think tank exploring the changing role of corporate and financial sector leadership and responsibility in the 21st century. Chris brings to the Institute over twenty-five years of experience working with C-suite executives nationally and internationally on corporate leadership in society. As president of HMI, Chris has led the development of the Institute’s Future of Corporate Governance and Future of Capital Markets projects, which bring together corporate and financial sector leaders in designing frameworks for corporate governance and sustainable capital markets equal to the challenges and expectations of the 21st century.
Prior to the Institute, Chris was President at the Alliance for Business Leadership, a non-partisan alliance of CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs and investors, and a Senior Fellow at the Aspen Institute Business and Society Program, where he led the development of the Aspen Leaders Forum.
Previously, Chris was Director of Research and Policy and Executive Education at Boston College Carroll School of Management’s Center for Corporate Citizenship, where he worked with Global 500 companies on corporate strategy and sustainability.
Prior to joining Boston College, Chris was Director of Imagine Canada, an initiative that brought together Canada’s leading CEOs and over 600 companies to define an expanded role for business leadership based around a set of sustainable business principles and commitments.
Chris has an extensive background in international and community development, serving as Vice President of the Canadian Council for International Cooperation (now Cooperation Canada) and Chair of the Brussels-based International Council for Development Action (now CIVICUS).

Luz Rodriguez
Luz Rodriguez has over twelve years of experience in corporate governance and investment stewardship, where she has been a strong advocate for shareholder rights and regulatory reforms that foster trust in global capital markets.
Prior to retirement, at Colorado PERA, Luz Rodriguez lead the corporate governance and proxy voting activities. She also contributed to the development and implementation of the investment stewardship program for the $61 billion Association. The Investment Stewardship Division ensures compliance with PERA’s proxy voting guidelines; monitors company engagement activity; and provides reports to the Investment Committee of the PERA Board of Trustees.
Luz also serves as a member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Board, where her responsibilities include oversight and strategic planning for the organization. In addition, she serves on the ICGN Audit and Risk Committee, Financial Capital Committee, and Policy Oversight Committee.
Prior to joining the Investment Stewardship Division, Luz was the Director of the Legal Services and Corporate Governance Division at PERA. She was responsible for overseeing PERA’s administrative review process, implementing securities litigation policy, coordinating internal and external counsel, managing proxy voting, engaging with companies and partnerships in which Colorado PERA invests, and reporting to the Shareholder Responsibility Committee of the PERA Board of Trustees.
After graduating with a degree in accounting from the University of Colorado in 2003, Luz worked in investment accounting and was responsible for the pension payroll for Colorado PERA, which is the 23rd largest pension plan in the United States, serving nearly 700,000 current and retired Colorado public servants.

Landon Shea is Research Lead, Investment Stewardship at AllianceBernstein, where he is responsible for voting shareholder meetings across AB’s $330 billion active equities platform, overseeing proxy-related regulatory reporting, and authoring corporate governance research. Shea covers the Healthcare and Technology sectors for AB’s Responsible Investing team, engaging issuers on material ESG topics in partnership with active investment teams. Prior to joining AB, he worked as an Undergraduate Fellow at the Berkeley Law School Public Law & Policy Center and as a Compliance Intern at VMware. Shea holds a BA in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
Syahnon Ahmad
Syahnon Ahmad is an Associate in Investment Stewardship and Corporate Governance at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), one of Malaysia’s largest institutional investors. He works on proxy voting, shareholder engagement and stewardship policy across domestic and international investee companies, spanning listed equities, private companies and fixed income. Rajveer Dhanoa is an Investment Officer on the Sustainable Investment and Stewardship Strategies team for California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS), the largest educator-only public pension fund in the world. Rajveer contributes to proxy voting and corporate engagement initiatives aligned with CalSTRS’s stewardship priorities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
Yu-Ting Fu
As part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments’ Sustainable Research team, Yu-Ting Fu leads proxy voting and corporate governance engagement across the APAC region. Previously, she was a stewardship engager at EOS, Federated Hermes Limited, focusing on ESG engagement in Asia. Wonhui Jeong
Wonhui Jeong is a member of the Macro, Policy & ESG Group at the Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), Korea’s sovereign wealth fund. After completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in Financial Law, she transitioned into ESG- and policy-related work and currently focuses on ESG integration within a public asset owner framework.
In her current role, she works on ESG reviews for alternative investments, the management of ESG strategy equity funds, and climate-related analysis. Based on this practical experience, she is also involved in firm-wide discussions on ESG integration, stewardship, and corporate governance. Shambhavi Jha is a corporate governance research analyst at a proxy advisory firm, Stakeholders Empowerment Services. Gladys Lam is Stewardship Analyst at HSBC Asset Management based in Hong Kong. Within Stewardship, she covers Chinese companies (including state-owned enterprises) and climate change. Ben is an ESG Analyst at Asset Value Investors (AVI), where he leads ESG research, risk integration, and investee company engagement across £2.1B AUM global equity funds. AVI is a boutique activist-engagement investment manager, based in London. He also sits on the internal AVI Stewardship and Sustainability Risk Committee, and was appointed in 2025 to the UN PRI Sustainable Systems Investment Managers Reference Group. Prior to AVI, Ben was a Sustainable Finance Consultant at the global management consulting firm Guidehouse; including responsibilities as the APAC Coordinator for the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF), which Guidehouse serve as the global Secretariat for. Amy McTavish is an alumna of the Gustavson School of Business (class of 2021) and a former portfolio manager for the University of Victoria’s Student Investment Fund (class of 2020/2021). Amy is currently working at BCI as a Senior Analyst, ESG. BCI is amongst the largest institutional investors in Canada with CAD$295 billion in gross assets under management. BCI manages a portfolio of diversified public and private market investments on behalf of 32 British Columbia public sector and institutional clients. In her capacity on the ESG team, Amy assists with the integration of environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities in BCI’s investment processes. Amy has worked at BCI since 2020, first starting as an intern and working up to Senior Analyst. Her main responsibilities include ESG specific due diligence and engagement with public market and private credit investments as well as managing BCI’s proxy voting program. Sakura Omori
Sakura Omori is an engagement specialist and former investment analyst in long-short and engagement strategies. She joined Nomura Asset Management’s Responsible Investment Research Department in 2025, leading stewardship and engagement with Japanese listed companies. Previously, she worked at SPARX Asset Management K.K. (joined 2021), where she helped launch a $1 billion engagement fund in 2023, and earlier served as an M&A advisory associate at PwC Advisory K.K. Arnav Prasad
Arnav is a Senior Investment Analyst in the ESG & Stewardship team at AustralianSuper, Australia’s largest superannuation fund. He is responsible for integrating material ESG considerations in due diligence, valuations and asset management across AustralianSuper’s private markets investment portfolio. This includes property, infrastructure and private equity investments.

She began her career in sustainability at a United Nations agency in Geneva, Switzerland, and gained work experience within the Indian chambers of commerce. Priti holds a B. Comm. with Honours from the University of Delhi, an M.A. in sociology from the University of Warwick and a Ph.D in Accounting and Finance with a focus on ESG Integration from Kingston Business School. She is also a member of Responsible Investment Association’s (RIA) Leadership Council and Climate Engagement Canada’s (CEC) Industry Leadership Advisory Panel.
