Established in 1995 and led by investors responsible for assets under management of >US$100 trillion, ICGN advances high standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship globally.

Annual General Meeting
Each year, ICGN’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) brings members together to help shape the organisation’s future. The AGM provides members with the opportunity to vote on ICGN’s strategic direction, the election of the Board of Governors, and other key matters that support the continued strength and success of the organisation.
